Fitzpatricks Dublin – 30 Day Easy Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fitzpatricks Dublin, we work hard to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition. If you do need to return an item, please read the following carefully:


How to Request a Return

  • To request a return, you must email hello@fitzpatricksdublin.com within 30 calendar days of delivery, clearly stating the reason for the return.

  • Returns will only be accepted once authorised by our team.


Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in full (including original packaging and contents) within 14 calendar days of approval.

  • Customers must use tracked postage when returning items. Fitzpatricksdublin is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

  • Shipping fees will never be refunded.

  • A flat deduction of £5 per refund will be applied to cover our shipping and handling costs.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If the returned product is found to be incomplete, opened, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

  • Refunds for “change of mind” will only be given if the product is unopened and in resellable condition.


Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please email hello@fitzpatricksdublin.com with a description and photos.

  • If approved, you will still be required to return the item using tracked postage.

  • Once inspected and confirmed defective, a refund will be issued (minus the £5 handling fee). If found to be working, a 15% restocking fee will also apply.


Delivery

  • We use local couriers to deliver all items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
